The boot!
Brian just sent a text saying he hopes I blog about today's events. Since I don't have to be up early for work tomorrow, why not?
Today marked the first time in my professional career that I lost a job without throwing a single watermelon off the Smith's roof. They pulled me in at like 9 am and i left badgeless at 9:30. I still feel kind of weird about it, but people that were way better employees than me got the axe too, so I can't feel too bad for myself.
I'll miss all the people that I worked with for the past six years a lot. I've made so many great friends and I have tons of great memories. So for now I'm just trying to focus on the positive. That will probably go out the window in a day or two, but there were many good times.
Who can forget the horseshoe pit we made out of old calendars in the call center floor? How about the time K.C. Stratton accidentally said "Mountain Lion Time" instead of "Mountain Time" on a lady's voicemail. And I wouldn't feel right if I didn't mention the time the crazy lady from the convention audience stole Sparkletudes fake nose.
Well, that's about it. I'll update everyone on my new life of sleeping in and playing Zelda on my Gameboy.

Well I just cried several full tears about the "Mountain Lion Time" HAHAHAHA!!! I can't believe that I hadn't heard about that one until now!
Man, in all seriousness I've had so many conversations already today about how much you are already missed and how things just can't be the same without you here. I still can't believe that it's true.
Well I was in complete shock that you were let go along with Kev, DT Steve and many others. SU has definitly changed over the years. Luckily there are many many good memories for me and the pitt boys are in many of them. Best of luck to you and please send the same to Kev. Hope you two stay in touch. BTW I have a cool video to loan you since you now have plenty of time to watch it over and over and over again. Send me your address and I'll get it in the mail ASAP. =)
I was sad to hear it too. But, things happen for a reason right? Yeah, I will remind you that in a week. :) I miss all of you guys and I wish you the best. Keep in touch here.

Dude, we'll miss you. It's already pretty different. Becca, Natalie, and I will be sure to look up your Yearbook picture several times over the next few years.
I don't think I will ever get used to not having you around every day. We miss your guts. Josh is ready for tri tip night! BTW...your new computer finally arrived.
I was so sad to hear of the recent goings on. However, you can't forget the time you actually talked to Petty Wong. And my favorite stamp set drawing "Travels Abroad." Good Times.
Oh Kid, it's STILL so crappy to come to work without you here, and it has only been a few days:( We have so many good memories from the past 5 and half years, that it would take me an entire book to write about it! Cosmo Quizes, Ziggy, Cool Cat, Britney Spears, THUMBIE, rolling, "Fresh Pair", "Twas the Night Before", McDonald's breakfast by the poolside, Disneyworld, Yoga in the morning at Convention, taking care of me at Convention (Thanks)!! The only reason I am not going to be sad is I know that I will still see you and that we will be friends for life.
I will leave you with one question..."Is it Pooooooooooooooo?"

I know, I am horrible at keeping up with blogs. But seriously, I am still in shock and can’t believe it. It is so different without you and I’m positive it just won’t be the same! I am so glad that we have become friends over the past few years. I appreciate your friendship and what you have taught me.
You are such an awesome person! I will miss our long psychoanalyzing conversations about the crazy people in our lives and, the refreshing talks about great music and good times. You’ll have to send me your email so we can keep in touch, especially with good concerts, comedians, etc.
